I'll be waiting for you

Wipe those teary eyes dear
Clot your bleeding heart honey
I know you feel hurt by the miles
How you hate missing shared smiles
I,too, long for your soft whispers
But worry not heartmate
At the end of it all
I will be waiting for you
Sometimes I wish I was there
To hold you with love rich arms
To kiss your forehead and cuddle
To warm you with silly jokes
But we have lives to build
Labour for our future family
Worry not heartmate
At the end of it all
I will be waiting for you
A thousand kilometres seem far
Yet my heartbeat is enough
To assure me of your love
If only I owned eternity
I'd trade it to have you near
But I am a meagre mortal
With none but wishes
Yet,worry not heartmate
At the end of it all
I will be waiting for you
