A MEMORY THAT WAS

shattered windows,no space to amend
the lies that bound
us,that in your love,i drowned

inside deep,a hollowness rings
your memories bring,a pain that stings

i gave you my heart
and you perfected your art
of ripping it apart
through lies,love not giving back
you manipulated the roots
that i had established in the land of your heart
never was i worth of your precious time
a busy ant,nagging work u claimed

yet,that very day
wen the afternoon sun turned gloomy
my air breathe of a choking sulphide
i found the answer to my suffering
his muscular arms were busy maneuvering
her skinny thighs,as they moved down and high

so grim looks this road
of waving a hurting bye
to teach a heart no more to love
but a must that i take
you and me,to be,a memory that was.
